Position OverviewThis position will be responsible for analyzing Siemen’s customer software installations. They will review software installs and compare with Siemen’s entitlement data and contractual agreements to determine if customer is using software per the agreements and purchasing records. They will share and explain findings to License Compliance Sales Managers so that they can have an accurate customer conversation about license contract compliance issues. This role will report to the Director of License Compliance for the Americas. If customer data is not accurate or sufficient, they will need to explain to customer in clear and concise manner what data is required to complete the audit analysis. Will look for opportunities to automate and make processes most efficient.**Responsibilities**:Triages research work to focus on the highest value cases in regions with the highest probability of closing.Provides support through the life cycle of the audit as needed and ensures LC Managers understand the analysis and how to use the infringement data to communicate with the potential LC target.Provides timely support to audit data requests, prioritizing those cases as needed.Provides reporting to LC Country and or Zone LC Directors on audit progress as required.Attends training or coaching events within the License Compliance team and shares research methodology with peers and managers globally.Contributes to Zone and Global License & Compliance initiatives as directed.Maintains basic knowledge of Siemens products, competition and industry trends along with understanding project delivery methods.Understanding of software licensing models, license agreements and contractsRequired Knowledge/Skills, Education, and ExperienceGood understanding of general computer and network terms and infrastructure.Investigative mindset and lateral thinking ability with attention to detailAbility to work with multiple system including MS Office, SAP and SalesForce both as a user and for report building.Knowledge of Siemens Licensing Models and IT InfrastructureClear communicator in English and relevant local language both written and oral.Ability to self prioritise research work or perform research according to instruction.Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience3 years working experience in a related industry or functionPreferred location Mexico CityLI-DC1 #LI-Hybrid**Organization**: Digital Industries**Company**: Siemens Industry Software, S.A. de C.V.**Experience Level**: Experienced Professional**Job Type**: Full-time
