As the Desktop Support Technician in Matamoros, Coahuila, MX, you will be responsible for dealing with technical issues escalated from the helpdesk function and working with end user to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems along with supporting the business on project-based requirements and IMACS.Working on-site in **Matamoros, Coahuila;** from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.**Applicants require essential proficiency in English and the relevant local language (B2 level or higher, as per CEFR)****What will you do?**- Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals, PC imaging and refreshes.- Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.- Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.- Manage basic Active Directory tasks- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)- Respond to basic customer incidents and service requests passed across by the client Service Desk and resolve general user faults within agreed SLAs.**What will you bring to ESP?**- **_Experience:_**1-3 years IT maintenance and support experience, troubleshooting experience, including knowledge of Microsoft Desktop software (Windows 7,10,11, Office365 Suite) and operating systems, as well as a working knowledge of IT hardware.- **_Languages:_** A minimum B2+ (CERF) in both **English and local language**:- **_Technical Skills:_**Good command of Windows O/S, Active Directory, Basic knowledge of LAN-WAN setups and concepts.- **_Certifications:_** CompTIA A+ (or willingness to obtain), ITIL knowledge is a plus.- **_Soft Skills:_** Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.**Physical Requirements**:- Able to lift or push 20-50 pounds of equipment if need it.- Able to stand or kneel for extended periods of time.- Able to use mechanical tools.**Why Join Us?**- **Career Growth**: Expand your IT skills with hands-on enterprise experience and exposure to complex technical support scenarios.- **Diverse Team**: Work in a global, innovative environment.- **Impactful Role**: Keep businesses running smoothly with your IT expertise.- **Wide Exposure**: Gain valuable experience across multiple industries and clients to grow your technical and professional toolkit.**Salary**:We offer competitive pay, dependent on relevant technical skills and experience, and cultural fit to the role, plus benefits.**Who are we**:ESP Global Services is a leading provider of customized IT support solutions to clients across the globe.
