**JOB DESCRIPTION** International Treasury Onboarding Specialist - Associate**The Commercial Bank (CB) organization is seeking an associate-level, highly motivatedindividual who is capable of handling a wide variety of tasks directly impacting the clientonboarding experience which includes account opening, setting up of cash managementproducts and services along with supporting client coverage teams in the fulfilment of AML/KYCrequirements.The International Onboarding Specialist (IOS) will have global responsibility for the internationalonboarding for CB clients. Helping our clients expand their business into international markets isa strategic opportunity for CB and the initial onboarding experience sets the tone. The IOS willwork directly with the client and the coverage team to determine the best approach to onboardthe client’s business to the CB products and services, including completion of our Due Diligenceprocess.As an International Onboarding Specialist (IOS) Associate you will collaborate with the clientand coverage teams to develop and execute an implementation plan, establishing clearexpectations and providing transparency of timelines using project management principles andpractices. You will also manage and coordinate client and internal partner communication andstatus updates.Job Responsibilities:- Client facing, single point of contact responsible for the end to end client experience andsatisfaction during the international onboarding process, for global and complex requests- Utilize creative problem solving and solid decision making abilities- Adherence to policy and procedures, and international and domestic regulatoryrequirementsclients and internal business partners- Own and drive identification, transparency, escalation, and resolution of risks and issuesto closure- Liaise with local Compliance, Legal, and Product where requiredRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:- BA/BS Degree and 3 Years or more relevant business experience, including client facingrolesimplementation plan and execute deliverables- Ability to soundly execute quantitative and qualitative analysis, draw salient conclusionsand present information in a concise and effective manner- Strong organizational skills both personally and across the working team to meetdeadlines in a fast paced environment (time management and attention to detail)- Strong interactive personal and communication skills and ability to influence others forpositive results- Excellent English written & verbal communication ability- Experienced problem solver and critical thinker and adaptable to a changing, dynamicwork environmentPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:- Experience with international KYC/regulatory requirements- Global Cash Management- Foreign language skills (written & spoken) Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese or Japanese- International work experience- Industry certifications (CAMs, PMP, CTP)- Some travel may be required (less than 25%) to support various clients and coverage team**ABOUT US**J.P.
