You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering , or a related field — or equivalent experience. Proven experience working with Azure cloud services for data processing and analytics. Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and machine learning. Solid knowledge of SQL for querying, data preparation, and optimization. Hands-on experience with Power BI for building dashboards and delivering insights. Ability to design and execute data-driven solutions to support business objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. English proficiency (B2+), both written and spoken. You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and reliability. Build and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to generate insights and forecasts. Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to communicate data insights to business leaders and stakeholders. Leverage Azure cloud services to manage and optimize data pipelines and analytical solutions. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and transform large datasets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, business) to align data science solutions with organizational goals. Translate business problems into data science approaches and deliver actionable recommendations. Stay current with emerging tools and methods in data science, cloud analytics, and visualization .
