Your tasksThe Operational Buyer is responsible for performing all purchasing activities within certain material/service fields with the objective of optimal supply and generating a maximum profit contribution in compliance with the company's policies and purchasing guidelines. This position is reporting to the Operational Purchasing Team Lead of Region/Subregion. The role is carrying out all purchasing activities with a medium degree of difficulty and complexity, in the area of goods/services for which the job holder is responsible for.**Profile**:- Bachelor´s degree completed.- Advanced level of English is required ( Interviews will be in english ) - any other language will be a strong plus (German, Portuguese )- At least 3 years of experience in related field ( SCM - Spare Parts - Purchasing )- Negotiation advanced skills- Commercial Contracting previous experience is highly appreciated.- Previous experience in: Purchasing processes/Purchase to Pay is required.- Stakeholder Partnership knowledge.- Project and Time management previous experience will be a strong plus.- Business acumen- Intercultural Management will be a strong plus.- IT tools ( SAP, Office package ), methods and analytics knowledge will be a strong plus.**Offer**:At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
