The Credit Maintenance Analyst is an entry level position responsible for capturing and recording data related to credit exposure, obligors and facilities in relevant credit systems in coordination with the Operations - Services team. The overall objective of this role is to maintain data quality in credit systems, monitor credit exposure and adhere to overall credit policies.**Responsibilities**:- Process incoming credit requests reviewing for completeness/accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities- Analyze/evaluate credit reports as well as coordinate and follow up on actions plans, implementations, and related defects- Maintain an executive document to track all request, changes, and action plans performed on credit reports- Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports and contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings- Prepare portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors- Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information**Qualifications**:- Relevant experience required- Experience in credit operations or similar position- Knowledge of the processes, procedures and systems- Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Windows domain- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.**Funciones**- Análisis y Dictaminacion de créditos Hipotecarios ingresados por sucursal o bien Canales Brockers- Interpretación de buro de crédito.- Validación de candados de seguridad de Identificación, comprobantes de domicilio y comprobantes de ingresos tales como son Estados de cuenta, Recibos de nómina, cuestionarios médicos, ingresos- Interpretación de declaraciones anuales, estados financieros.- Deteminar la línea de crédito- Revision de Documentación Etapa 1 Crédito Hipotecario**Requisitos**- Experiência en Intepretación de Búro de Crédito- Experiência en anaislis de créditos- Experiência en base de datos- Experiência en revisión de documentos- Conocimiento de dictaminación de crédito, determinación de línea de crédito, dominio del Buró de crédito, un enfoque analista, atención a los detalles y trabajar en concentración, capacidad de observación.- Dominio del buro de crédito, Experiência en otorgamiento de crédito, determinación de línea de crédito, atención a los detalles, buen juicio, amplia capacidad de observación y concentración, Enfocado, trabajar bajo presión y con carga de trabajo constante- Licenciatura terminada en el área económica administrativa deseable- Interpretación de Buro de Crédito personas físicas y morales.- Análisis de ingresos de asalariados, independientes y personas morales.- Determinar DTI y PTI en un análisis de crédito.- Conocimiento en declaraciones anuales.
