**To be qualified for this role, you should have**:- Minimum 12 months’ call center experience (Service Desk, IT Help Desk campaigns)- Ability to navigate through various tools/screens while troubleshooting with customers- Ability to use questioning techniques to uncover issues and find the best solutions or actions to resolve queries- Strong communications skills in English and Spanish (speaking and writing)- Windows Operating System Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10- Microsoft Outlook -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Experience in different browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox)- Password reset experience- Experience in ticket handling. - Knowledge of PC hardware and mobile devices.**We offer**:- Base Gross salary $17,500 + additional law benefits- Night shift bonus $2,000- Christmas bonus starting at 25 days- Major medical insurance (for you and your family)- Saving funds- Grocery and restaurant couponsIf you’re naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues and are able to explain technical details simply, we’d like to meet you.Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust.
