Make your move, Join us**Responsibilities**- Support the Senior Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of automation projects- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, installation, and commissioning personnel- Maintain direct communication with the client to track progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations- Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking- Identify risks and support mitigation strategies- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and action plans- Ensure alignment between technical deliverables and client requirements- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely execution**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field)- 2-4 years of experience in project management within automation, robotics, or industrial systems- Familiarity with automation technologies (PLCs, robotics, control systems)- Strong organizational and communication skills- Experience working with cross-functional teams and clients- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Gantt charts)- Ability to travel occasionally to client sitesPreferred Qualifications- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum, or similar)- Experience working with automation platforms- Knowledge of quality standards and industrial safety protocols**Additional Information**:- At SEGULA Technologies, diversity, fairness and inclusion are at the heart of our HR policy.
