Client: Our client is the largest airline in Latin America.Position overview: The UX Designer will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and seamless digital experiences by leveraging advanced research, prototyping, and design tools.- Responsibilities: Design user-centric experiences for web, mobile, and digital platforms- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide designs- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on design solutions- Implement and maintain consistent UI patterns using design systems- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility- Support Agile workflows and iterative design processes- Requirements: Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies- Experience designing multi-channel user experiences, including web, mobile, and other digital platforms- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions- Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups- Familiarity with design systems and the ability to implement consistent UI patterns- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical feasibility- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with development teams- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts and rationale clearly- Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaborative design processes
