Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:**This position reports to**:Production Engineering Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Participates in semi-complex buying strategies to purchase and arrange timely deliveries of supplies, materials and services for Real Estate.- Resolves semi-complex delivery, quality or other related problems with purchases and invoices.- Participates in updating project plans and purchasing systems; reviews and analyzes requisitions and supply plans for domestic and international purchases, related to Real Estate.- Participates in the negotiation of prices, terms and quality requirements prepare; requests for quotes and assists in the development of new supply sources; evaluates market conditions.- Solicits cost reduction ideas from suppliers and initiates follow up action to implement these savings for the company.**Your background**:- Bachelor's degree completed.- 5+ years of experience in a procurement area. If it was for Real Estate (services, contractors and civil works) is a plus.- Integrity and following of policies, procedures, etc.- Knowledge in SAP and MS Office is desirable.- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures.- Negotiation and team worker skills.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.- Intermediate level of English.**More about us**:
