Our employees thrive here by living our values: we support each other as we strive to find a better way, we move fast with discipline and purpose, and we do the right thing always.Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Materials Manager, Material Planning Analyst role involves maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and create and maintain outsources parts schedules.What a typical day looks like:- Download ERP Signals, review and identify exceptions.- Review metrics to identify risk.- Work with purchasing team on options to close GAPS.- Analyze ECO to identify impacts.- Coordinate quoting for new parts for new products.- Attend CTB meeting to update reports to end Customer and Top management.- Coordinate Buyer Activities to make sure execution is controlled.- Complete certifications - trainings.- Work with PC to make a production plan.- Coordinate buyers, warehouse operators and production control teams.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Advanced English.- Knowledge about Microsoft Office apps.- Previous experience using Kinaxis.- Experience on negotiation with vendors, Brokers, Distribution and Customers.- Experience with Localizations process.- Experience handling ECOs and E&O.- Culture of Kaizen to improve processes is also a plus.- APIC Certification is also a plus.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.AD80Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:.
