Track the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.- Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.- Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.- Prepare and manage large and high-profile capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.- Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest and implement operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.- Create environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.- Develop vendor relationships and oversee invoicing procedures. Review and approve purchase orders for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.- Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.- Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree- 5 - 8 years as Facilities Manager for Corporate Offices- Bilingual (English-Spanish)- Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.- Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.- Equal Employment Opportunity: CBRE is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
