If you share our vision, join usJOB PURPOSE:- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:_- Find the best technical solution for each game development challenge- Implement game functionality as per communicated design- Write code that is readable, debuggable and easy to maintain- Perform peer code reviews for your team- Translate design specification into functional game- Communicate with other team members to establish effective pipeline and integrate media assets- Actively seek to help your teammates- Run the planning meetings- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codeIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization- Design the architecture of the projects- QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:_- 5 or more years of experience in game development.- 5 or more years of previous experience working with Unity3D/C#- High level knowledge of Unity, including experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, state machines, etc.- Familiarity with level design and planning- Experience with game physics- Experience with mobile and console game development- Experience optimizing memory and space usage- Ability to constantly learn and stay in touch with evolving game standards and development technologies- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming- Familiarity with current design and architectural patterns- Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code- Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, etc.)- Agile Methodology experience- Proficient in writing communication (Know how to document its own work)- Proactive- NICE TO HAVE:_- Shipped at least one PC/Console or mobile title- Good understanding of cross-platform game development- Physics networking knowledge- Understanding of client-server communication & socket-based network protocols**PERSONALITY**:- Team player- Eager to improve yourself- Passionate about game quality- Open and honest- Leader
