The Benefits & Compensation Specialist will assist the Human Resources department with administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.Duties/Responsibilities:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations or Engineering (Any option).2 years of experience in the Human Resources area.In interpretation and analysis of Salary Surveys (Preferably).Preparation and updating of Salary Structures. (preferably).Bilingual English - Spanish.Analytical capacity.Numerical ability.Excellent communication skills.Management of computer programs.Provide confidential salary information internally to management and externally for survey purposes.Assign salaries for new hires based on the Compensation Policy and available market information.HRF001 Rev ERequired Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and Experience:A minimum of two years of human resource management experience preferred.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $38,000.00 - $41,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Human resources area: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
