En FONCS nos distinguimos por la búsqueda de la mejora continua y la innovación, por lo que nuestro coordinador deberá ser afín a las tecnologías y con alta capacidad de aprendizaje.Buscamos: Research and Development Coordinator JR.**Responsabilidades**:- Revisión de proyectos.- Asignación de actividades y definición de prioridades al equipo de trabajo.- Revisión de documentación técnica del área (fichas y hojas técnicas, criterios de validación de calidad y billetes de costos).- Actualiza, revisa y da seguimiento a los procesos de área.- Planeación de la estrategia en cada una de las marcas asignadas- Revisión de ciclo de vida de producto- Gestionar la relación estratégica con los proveedores determinados.- Impartir capacitación de producto y procesos.- Elaboración de plan anual de trabajo- Presentaciones Técnicas- Revisión de KPI ́S- Generación de estrategias de difusión de producto.**Requisitos**:- Inglés capaz de mantener negociaciones con personal de manera internacional (C1)- Lic.
