Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?**The main objective of this role is to perform IT Leadership and business relationship management for the Global Corporate Affairs/Global Communication’s business functions. Responsibilities include exploring new business IT initiatives, solving technology and process challenges, technology consulting, IT Service delivery, value realization, proposal development and driving Clarity compliance and funding approvals. The position ensures IT value is provided to enable the business across cost, quality, and process efficiency.Initiatives under this role:1. Advance PepsiCo's Cyber Security Strategy with internal, external, and Global partners and act as Information Security's agent to Business2. Enable process creation, compliance for PepsiCo’s Global Brand Protection program3. Drive enablement of a Global Corporate Affairs (Government Affairs, Public Policy) program and mature4. Steward the PepsiCo.Com digital asset as well as respective global sites, through incremental improvement, support, break-fix in concert with DEVSECOPS B15. Provide social channel, executive social channel, knowledge management, Vimeo and Frame.io technical and process leadership and when necessary, direct process and programatic support6. Provide leadership support to other functions with digital strategy components7. Assist identifying and developing innovative digital technology strategies which safeguard our digital brands, grow business results, and uncover potentially new and exciting areas to drive value.8. Provide IT Leadership for Global Brand Protection, Business continuity and Digital Governance9. Provide IT Leadership to ensure PepsiCo’s digital assets remain compliant with U.S and global accessibility and privacy legislation10. Point of contact, providing IT Leadership for all digital incidents11. Matrix responsibilities with B1 and peer L11, as warranted and as assigned- Build and maintain relationships with business leadership and provide advisory services on capabilities that can be enabled through technology, information and process- Help to align IT strategy to business area strategy and capability roadmaps- Responsible for Business Partner satisfaction in the Brand Protection, governance and technology enablement space, specific to Corporate Affairs- Plan and manage the delivery and support of IT enabled solutions across Global External Communications (GEC)- Directly manage business relationships with Global Communications employees across the Global Communications function (consulting, making decisions, informed)- Assist in the planning, strategy, conceptual selling and business relationship management for the brand protection rollout of Sprinklr social content management and insights tool. (consultation and making decisions)- Consult with business to lead new business requests, evaluations, coordination with technical teams.
