IT Systems Administrator About the Role This will include determining user requirements, recommending practical solutions, and efforts to improve the effective use of technology. This person is responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of all interrelated technology systems that support NinjaOne Office locations as well as end users' requests and requirements. Knowledge of integrating new technologies with existing systems to include monitoring and supporting issues as they occur. An IT Systems Administrator is a key technical resource, providing advice, training, and technical support for various projects. This position also works cross platform with all departments and Senior Management in evaluating current systems and aligning business objectives with the strategy for technology. English resumes required. Location Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil and Mexico What You'll Be Doing Provide expertise and support during systems design, upgrades, installations, conversions, and maintenance. Manage NinjaOne systems including Microsoft365, Zoom, Slack, and Provide troubleshooting support for escalated software and hardware connectivity problems. Coordinate helpdesk or vendor assistance when required. Respond to after‑hours system problem calls. Possible travel to NinjaOne locations as needed. Provide technical assistance, support, and troubleshooting in the resolution of system communications failures and conflicts. Review, prioritize, and process problem reports; document the progress of projects. Maintain systems compliance with NinjaOne security policies and procedures. Create and maintain documentation including Standard Operating Procedures and service documentation. About You Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related technology field preferred but not required. Work history will be considered in lieu of formal education. At least five years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. A directly related higher degree from an accredited institution may be substituted for up to two years of experience. MCSE, CCNP, VCP or 5 additional years of field experience. Ability to work productively in teams. Ability to diagnose and rectify a wide range of complex hardware and software problems.
