**Essential Functions**:- Maintain Key Performance Indicators to support the corporation strategic business plan for all functional areas within the Operations Americas department.- Assist on the data gathering and root cause analysis process for all distribution centers, workshops and development plans related to Operations, Customer Service, Transportation/Compliance and HS&E.- Document workflows out of current/improved processes, looking for an automated future state.- Keep track of the Continuous Improvement activities among the Americas, documenting and publishing progress through our internal communication lanes.- Consolidate weekly updates and maintain our Operations Global web sites in a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.**Requirements**:- S.C. / B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering or other relevant degree- Data Analysis background; +1-year experience.- Advanced MS Excel Skills- Teaching/Coaching background: Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S & Visual Management, Process Improvement Management- Strong verbal and written communications abilities- Excellent English Communication Skills - MUST**Ideal**:- Strong knowledge in Microsoft apps (Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power apps)- Teaching/Coaching background that relates to Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S & Visual Management, Process Improvement Management or related.- Knowledge/Experience in NetSuite Oracle as WMS/MRP (or similar).
