**Vacante para la empresa Herbalife Internacional de México en Guadalajara, Jalisco**:Digital Data ProducerMetadata Sr. Analyst/Digital Archivist/Digital LibrarianActivities:- Ensure all digital assets are tagged appropriately in compliance with content management best practices.- Make recommendations for additional tags or keywords that should be applied to assets to improve the user experience or the findability of assets.- Receive, track and respond to inquiries and requests for digital assets.- Follow workflows related to the management of digital assets and collections.- Define and maintain data structure, metadata and search terminology. Work with Marketing teams and IT (MTS) teams to leverage DAM system functions with our internal systems.- Support audits to digital assets as needed.- Review reports to identify low usage assets through audits, purge data of expired assets.**Requirements**:- Advanced Spoken and written English skills- Bachelor´s in Journalism, Communications or related field of study- 2 years of experience in working with taxonomy and digital asset management systems- Tools: : Excel, Adobe AEM /Cloud or similar systems- Experience planning, updating and analyzing content taxonomies and structured metadata for large content catalogs, optimized for search relevancy and customer interactions- Soft skills: Customer service, following processes, flexibility, teamworkWe offer:- Competitive salary - weekly pay- Benefits of law and superiors- Direct hire- Insurance of major medical expenses- Dental and vision insurance- Life insurance- Annual bonus- 30 days bonus- Food vouchers- weekly payment- 75% vacation bonus- Savings bank- 12 days of vacation + 1 wildcard day- Subsidized dining room- Gym- Parking lot- Game room- Learning platforms- Employment stability- Professional growth- Schedule: Monday to Friday Hybrid: 3 days on site 2 days at home 9 am to 6 pm- Place: Av.
