**Key responsibilities**:- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations in Mexico (ISR, IVA, IEPS, etc.).- Prepare and/or review monthly and annual tax returns, including income tax, VAT, payroll taxes, and informative returns (DIOT, DIM, etc.).- Manage tax audits and respond to inquiries from Mexican tax authorities (SAT).- Advise on tax implications of business initiatives, transactions, and restructuring.- Oversee and ensure accuracy of transfer pricing documentation and policies.- Collaborate with global tax and finance teams to support consolidated reporting and cross-border tax issues.- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the business.- Drive process improvements and automation in tax reporting and compliance activities.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree, accounting/ finance preferred.- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in multiple activities and systems successfully and simultaneously.- Ability to understand and develop successful partnerships with customers.- Analytical thinking skills
