Finance Analyst

"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Currently we are looking for our next: Sales Finance Analyst**Which is the main objective of this role?**Coordinate and manage the financial expenses of sales, make forecasts and follow up on the monthly closing, be the point of contact with functional / Commercial areas and give service to the Sales Financial Management. Manage S&D and A&M budgets.**Qualifications****What will you be doing?**- Accountable for the Clubes, Cash & Carry cluster- Understand the operation and process dynamics of the functions and the D&A- Be the point of contact for the Sales Finance manager to provide information, databases and comprehensive financial analysis of the Clubes, Cash & Carry Cluster and budgets of total WHSL: P&Llines (Discounts & Allowances, Variable Selling, Fixed Selling, Warehousing Sales and A&M Sales).- Ensure compliance with the government model established for execution and control of AOP, PSP, Forecast and monthly closings.- Support in the build up of AOP and PSP processes, using the corresponding financial templates, reports, and financial analysis.- Contribute to identify risks and opportunities in the P&L function or P&L line in advance, and present a recommendation with potential solution scenarios.- Maintenance of cost centers and debugging of expense hierarchies.- Manage and control de A&M and S&D budget for WHSL, ensuring compliance with the government model established for execution and control of AOP, Forecast and monthly closings.**Who are we looking for?**- Education: Economy, Administration, Finance, Business, Accounting or Engineering.- Experience in areas of, Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting - Desirable- Analytical thinking- Communication skills (Multidisciplinary at all levels) - Create an inclusive culture- English - advanced level business conversations- Office Excel Advanced (Macros, Models, etc.), Power Point.- Oriented to results- Manage frustration- Work under pressure- Manage intense load work periods- Act with integrity and inspire confidence**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
