We believe and trust all our outstanding professionals and realize how special they are but what makes us even special is the family we have become through the years.**Responsibilities**:Design and implement modern, scalable data architecture on GCP using BigQuery, Cloud DataProc, DataFlow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud StorageDefine and manage data modeling, data integration, and metadata managementDevelop ETL/ELT pipelines using Cloud Composer (Airflow) and Cloud DataProc (Spark/Hadoop)Ensure data quality, data governance, data lineage, and master data management (MDM) best practicesCollaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define and build robust data pipelinesImplement data security measures, including data encryption, access controls, and audit loggingArchitect DataOps processes for CI/CD of data pipelines, version control, monitoring, and automated testingEvaluate and integrate third-party data tools for lineage, observability, and metadata management (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation)Work closely with DevOps and Cloud Engineering teams to ensure cost-effective, resilient, and scalable GCP architecture**Requirements**:7+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Engineering3-5 years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Strong experience with BigQuery, Cloud DataProc, Cloud Composer, Cloud Storage, Pub/SubProficient in data modeling (star/snowflake schemas) and performance tuning for big data platformsExpertise in ETL/ELT, Spark, Airflow, Python, SQL, and GCP-native servicesDeep understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standardsHands-on experience with MDM, metadata management, and data lineage toolsExperience implementing DataOps practices including pipeline automation, testing, and monitoringExcellent communication and documentation skillsStrategic thinker and proactive problem solverStrong stakeholder management and communicationAbility to lead architecture discussions across technical and non-technical teams**Nice to have**:GCP certification (e.g., Professional Data Engineer or Cloud Architect)Experience with Informatica, Collibra, Atlan, or other data catalog/lineage platformsFamiliarity with data mesh, domain-driven design, and decentralized data architectureExperience with real-time streaming using Apache Kafka or GCP Pub/SubKnowledge of machine learning pipelines and integration with Vertex AI or similar toolsThe Ksquare Group does not and shall not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
