**Descripción**:**Responsabilidades Principales**- Gestión Estratégica de Programas: Liderar iniciativas de transformación digital, migraciones a la nube, cumplimiento regulatorio, y estrategias de análisis de datos.- Gestión de Portafolios Complejos: Coordinar más de 10 proyectos simultáneamente con equipos internos y de cliente, asegurando la alineación estratégica y entrega exitosa.- Impacto Empresarial: Maximizar el ROI del portafolio, reducir costos operativos, optimizar el time-to-market, y mejorar la experiência del cliente (NPS).- Liderazgo Ejecutivo: Construir y liderar equipos multiculturales, asesorar líderes C-Level, y fomentar una cultura de innovación y colaboración.**Requisitos**:**Experiência**- Preferible más de 10 años liderando transformación estratégica en el sector financiero.- Experiência demostrada en transformación digital (modernización core banking, ecosistemas omnicanal, open banking, etc.).- Gestión de portafolios de más de $50M y equipos de 100+ recursos.**Habilidades Técnicas y Estratégicas**- Portfolio Optimization, Enterprise Architecture, Strategic Planning, y Stakeholder Management.- Expertise en tecnologías como AWS, Core Banking Systems, APIs/Microservices, y Data Analytics.**Certificaciones**- PgMP (Program Management Professional)- PMP y PMI-ACP- ITIL Expert v4**Competencias Clave**- Estratégicas: Change Management, Gestión de Riesgos, Planificación Estratégica.- Técnicas: Migración a la Nube, Seguridad Cloud-Native, DevOps Transformation.- Liderazgo: Mentoría ejecutiva, Gestión de crisis, Transformación cultural.
