Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Reliability Engineer _located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._- Reporting to the_ Process Engineering Manager_, will be responsible for process engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing_ _organization._Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:- _Predict the Reliability at system level using various models._- _Design the test plan to meet the reliability Requirements._- _Predict and estimate the reliability from failure data._- _Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability_- _Reliability estimation and life Prediction: Oversee new process equipment production_- _Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products and yield improvements._- _Lead cost_ improvement/reduction_ programs_- _Provide reliability specific inputs to system architecture._- _Provide MTBF analysis, ALT Accelerated Life Test evaluations, QAT Qualitative Accelerated Test._- _Manage test suites for EVT, DVT, HALT, RDT and ESS._- _Ensure system compliance with reliability budgets, standards, and regulations._- _Provide inputs to product performance verification and reliability testing._- _Support the Quality Manager in preparation for and execution of audits._- _Collaborate with operational and engineering teams on FA, corrective actions, and reliability qualification and characterization_Here is some of what you’ll need (required):- _BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_- _Experience in manufacturing electronic_- _Advance experience in Reliability engineer_- _Experience in Reliability Projection Plans, statistical strong background, (black belt preferred)._- _Fluent in English._- _Strong communication skills._- _Lead reliability test plans_Here are a few examples of what you’ll get for the great work you provide- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.AC67Job CategoryProduction Engineering
