**Responsibilities**:- Identify the Company's needs in direct and indirect supplies.- Manage and implement sourcing activities (RFQ/RFP) and tendering process.- Research profitable suppliers and negotiate with them, initiating organizational partnerships.- Negotiate with suppliers to assure price, payment terms, delivery, and contract terms and conditions.- Assurance of compliance with the Company's internal suppliers' requisitions.- Track and report metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness, identify cost savings opportunities, and create cost savings programs.- Collaborate with internal customers to define procurement needs and create work packages (out of the Bill of material) for suppliers of drawing parts, outsourced machines, and standard parts.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supplier chain, Commercial Management, Administration, or such.- +3 years of experience in purchasing. Experience in the automotive and motorcycle industry is preferred.- English proficiency in spoken and written. Chinese is a plus.- Microsoft Office knowledge- SAP- Understanding of supply chain procedures- Knowledge of market research and sourcing techniques- Aptitude in decision-making
