From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to oversee and execute the full payroll cycle with precision and compliance. You’ll keep payments accurate, guide employees on payroll matters, and shape smoother processes along the way.Up for the challenge? Let's get in touch**What you'll be doing**- Overseeing payroll cycles and services- Ensuring accurate and timely salary payments and deductions for assigned countries- Managing input validation and reporting, resolving discrepancies, and supporting audits- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors- Advising employees on payroll-related questions, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are kept- Forecasting salaries and bank transfers- Streamlining and documenting internal processes and policies- Enhancing and establishing efficient controls to reduce risk of failing**What you'll need**- 3+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist- 3+ years of payroll experience in Mexico- Deep knowledge of local payroll regulations, payroll systems, and integration with HR and Finance teams- Hands-on experience with payroll and people software- The ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines- An innovative and resourceful mindset suitable for a fast-growing company- Excellent Excel proficiency and prior experience working with SAP**Nice to have**- Payroll experience across other LATAM countries- In-house payroll experience- Basic knowledge of Jira and SQL- Experience with Google Suite**_ We won't ask for payment or personal financial information during the hiring process._**_ If anyone does ask you for this, it’s a scam.
