Your tasksThe Sequencing Group Leader plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and meeting production targets. This position demands a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.- Rigorously adhere to the weekly plan to meet customer demands and fulfil plant production volume targets with utmost precision.- Strictly enforce and monitor compliance with rules, guidelines, and targets as set forth by the Sequencing Manager.- Assume full responsibility for vigilantly monitoring sequencing KPIs, ETO & SOP plans, and daily tickets, implementing corrective actions promptly when necessary.- Serve as the primary liaison between production sequencing and plant operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.- Provide leadership and direction to Shift Sequencers, maintaining a high standard of performance and accountability.**Profile**:- Bachelor degree in logistics, manufacturing, industrial engineering, process engineering or similar technical background.- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in critical interface systems, including manufacturing systems.- Advanced proficiency in SAP, with particular emphasis on P20.- English level intermediate.- Knowledge in Sequencing standards (Automotive industry desirable)- Experience leading work teams.- Microsoft Office Level intermediate advanced**Offer**:Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
