High School degree/Equivalent. Some college preferred. Two (2) years customer contact experience in a comparable service type environment. Knowledge of international shipping/clearance procedures. Experience in customer problem resolution required. Excellent communication, organizational and human relations skills. Ability to successfully complete the Reading, Listening, Sorting and Math sections of the Basic Skills Test. Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs) and to maneuver any single package weighing up to 150 lbs. (68 kgs) with appropriate equipment. Spoken and written fluency in local language and demonstrated fluency in English as determined by results of TOEIC exam (450 points). Able to work variable shifts. Knowledge of FedEx systems (COSMOS; KIAC).
