Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummarySummary:- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Program Manager _located in _Flex Juarez North_._- Reporting to_ _Sr. Business Unit Director _this role will be responsible to Lead and execute of the customer requirements, and through that deliver the projected value to Flex and its customers, using tools and initiatives of the company, to maintain business relationship and maximize customer satisfaction._What a typical day looks like:- Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.- In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.- Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.- Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.- In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.- Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.- Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.- Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.- Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Requires a bachelor’s degree BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_- _ Previous experience as program manager_- Knowledge of the automotive industry- Knowledge of harness manufacturing and manufacturing- (nice to have) Understanding Stellantis / Ford releases- Demand management- Excellent English- Manage Microsoft Project- Project Management Certified is desirableWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.HS115Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
