Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities: Be the customer interface and internal pilot for any claim alert or other concern for MCU (0km and warranty), and manage customer complaints issuance and organize response to the customer and internally using defined PDCA methodology respecting customer lead times Is the quality interface when customer audit will be done in production facility for MCU. Ensure the implementation of SPC measurement strategies for special characteristics for new projects launched in the plant. Submission of Initial Samples and PPAP to the customer. Lead the MCU team in the interface with preventive quality teams at the technical centres. Manage the MCU Quality team. Team development in coordination with the plant quality mananger. Coordinate the implementation of the plant quality management system in relation to MCU. Ensure the all CSR´s are implemented in relation to MCU. Has the authority to stop the production or deliveries of MCU products/services which could provoke customer dissatisfaction. Additionally has the authority to restart MCU production and request deviations for non conforming products. Qualifications: Bachelor degree at minimum in engineering background. Additional credits in Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry are desirable. Familiar with AIAG Core Tools, Six Sigma, VDA 6.3 Process Auditor, IATF16949, APQP, Minitab, 8D (Problem Solving), FMEA, Control Plan, Warranty, Basic Knowledge LPA’s, VC Production.
