Position Lead SAP BASIS Location: Mexico (remote, occasional office visits) Responsibilities 7+ years as SAP BASIS with proven knowledge and experience supporting SAP System builds and refreshes 3+ years Experience in Global SAP Technical Delivery Program / Project leadership role SAP Technical Delivery Manager Manage and improve SAP Technical Delivery processes Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects Create end-to-end technical project plans for activities such as Refreshes, Upgrades, Patching in the overall landscape Partner with technical teams to attend technology requirements in the project (new technical tools implementations, environment / landscape activities like builds and refreshes) Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives Ensure stakeholder alignment on any impactful activity in the Technology space Manage the Technology Maintenance windows seeking flawless execution and communicating status properly to stakeholders Qualifications Master's degree in Project Management or related technical field required 5+ years of experience working in Global SAP implementation Projects as Technical PM or Project Lead 3+ years of experience as Basis Admin Professional Project Management Certification from accredited institution preferred Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods Demonstrated understanding of SAP Architecture and Components, comprehending its importance to the business Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles What you can expect from us At DigitalOnUs by TechMahindra what distinguishes us from other teams is the comfortable environment which engenders trust within teams and with our customers.
