You will work in the trenches of a startup as a member of the close-knit group that drives the company's core activity Delivery Operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the growing driver community and internal Operations team.You will need to be able to do a little bit of everything and do it well. Are you a smart and resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid of tackling one task, then the next, then thinks, "What else can I do to help out?" If so, this position will expose you to all departments and allow you to navigate your own road map to success, explore your interests within the organization, and grow with the company.**Responsibilities**:- Driver operations: maintain an over-supplying effort by keeping a healthy pipeline of leads, by efficiently scheduling and training and effectively retaining drivers on the platform.- Community management: actively moderate, leverage, incentivize and rule the driver community to shape the best service quality to users and the best worth for drivers.- Driver operations standards: identify, build and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues.- Performance: constantly track the efficiency and the service quality provided to the network and deploy corrective/improvement actions.- Develop relationships that promote the development and growth of our business.**Requirements**:- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English- Communication skills- Effective and professional communication in difficult situations- Sense of Urgency- Coordination & Collaboration- Ability to envision and implement new concepts/strategies.- Management of multiple tasks**Personal Attributes**- English fluency- Have a friendly, outgoing and engaging personality; people love being around you and you are enthusiastic about your work- You communicate effectively, clearly, confidently and are patient with others- You are resilient, comfortable with deadlines, and have a knack for solving ambiguous problems- You are able to prioritize tasks and delegate when needed- Strong attention to detail- Resourceful, friendly, organized, and a master of multitasking- Strong work ethic - flexible, committed- Embraces the small company, fast growing culture -team player, sleeves rolled up, can do more with less- Willing to work on weekends and evenings as needed**Benefits**‘Work from wherever’ policy (remote position)Unlimited Vacation/PTOFun, collaborative team where no idea is too big or too small**Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion**:We're committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities.
