**Project** Description**:Work together with an Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturer of the industrial and agricultural equipment to support in the product development & optimization of various System and SW features following Scrum methodology.**Responsibilities**:We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated individuals to work with other talented individuals in a challenging and rewarding agile environment as a Product OwnerYou would work closely with external stakeholders to deliver software solution that is built with and around Qt framework for Precision Farming software for Agriculture and industrial display equipment.Role is expected to act as Proxy product owner and provide guidance to team member when required within the agile framework, representing the voice of customer so effective communication and negotiation is key; provide right direction, result oriented and responsible to deliver the tasks as per the customer expectation as a team. Inspiring collaboration, lead change and driving for results.- Support product vision definition- Support sprint goal definition, Roadmap- Interface with Product management, other products owner on the refinement of product backlog- Definition, refinement, sequence and priorities of the local team backlog- user stories, accepting stories, unblock Impediments, maintain team backlog- Participation in team demo and retrospective- Communication with stakeholders & business owners- Deliver a series of new customer features against project deadlines- Follow up actions to ensure quality and process conformance/adherence- Foster continuous improvement and innovation**Skills**:Must have- Automotive industry experience or similar (6+)- Solid experience working under Agile methodologies as Product Owner.- Advance SW Development Process Knowledge and experience.- Ability to translate system requirements into features.- Technical understanding of engineering and embedded system architectures- Knowledge of C++ and/or other high-level object-oriented programming languages- Knowledge of Qt framework, developing user interfaces- Knowledge of Model based development (Simulink® & stateflow®)- Solid knowledge about Quality assurance, Software release procedures and capability models (e.g. ASPICE, CMMI)- Team player with strong communication skills- Analytical, negotiation and planning skills, agile mindset- Proactive and collaborative attitude- Result oriented, customer and project centric- Intercultural orientation- Embrace and adapt to changesNice to have- Experience with Qt framework, developing user interfaces- Experience with Model based development (Simulink® & stateflow®) for logic app development- Knowledge in safety related processes (ISO26262)- Knowledge in security related processes (ISO21434)- Advance knowledge and experience in embedded Electronics, Microcontrollers, Embedded C/C++, compilers, and developer environment- Requirements analysis.- Working with diagnostics (UDS ISO 14229, SAEJ1939)- Experience with Communication Protocols (J1939,CAN,CANFD,ETH,LIN or others).**Languages**:English: C2 ProficientSpanish: C1 Advanced**Seniority**:Senior**Relocation package**:If needed, we can help you with relocation process.Line of BusinessAutomotiveVacancy SpecializationQML (Qt)Ref NumberVR-72587
