SAP Technical Consultant

As a Senior SAP Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our internal SAP systems, including S/4HANA. You will lead troubleshooting efforts, drive solution delivery, and collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities- ** System Support & Maintenance**: Manage and support SAP systems, including S/4HANA, ECC, and associated modules; handle incident and problem management efficiently.- ** Solution Development**: Develop new functionalities and enhancements in close coordination with the Technical Lead Consultant.- ** Documentation**: Prepare comprehensive Functional Design, Technical Design, and Testing documentation.- ** Optimization & Improvements**: Proactively identify and implement improvements across SAP modules.- ** Change Management**: Lead activities related to SAP Support Packages and Enhancement Packs.- ** Customization & Testing**: Customize and thoroughly test solutions based on technical specifications.- ** Cross-System Collaboration**: Work with diverse SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA, ECC 6.0 EHP8, PI, BW, LSCV, and third-party integrations.- ** Mentorship**: Guide and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional growth.**Required Skills & Experience**- ** Technical Expertise**: Advanced ABAP programming skills, including RAP, ABAP Cloud, CDS, and HANA-native techniques.- ** SAP Integration**: Experience with IDOC, PI, BDOC, and modification tools such as Enhancement Points, BADIs, BAPIs, and User Exits.- ** UI & Workflow**: Proficient in Web Dynpro ABAP, BSP, SAPUI5 (HTML5/JavaScript), Workflow ABAP, and SAP Forms (Adobe Interactive, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts).- ** Process & Governance**: Familiarity with Solution Manager CHARM, Run SAP methodologies, and release governance processes.- ** Communication**: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities in English.- ** Collaboration**: Shown experience working in distributed global teams; knowledge of BW/APO is a plus.- ** Travel**: Willingness to travel as per project needs.**Education & Certifications**- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).- ** Certifications**:- SAP NetWeaver Development Associate / Professional certification (preferred).- SAP S/4HANA certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate or SAP Certified Technology Specialist.- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics Foundation and Custom Code Migration (ERP to S/4HANA).- PMP certification is an advantage.Be a part of a global team, working on cutting-edge SAP technologies and transformative projects in a dynamic business environment.**If you are passionate about SAP, eager to take on new challenges, and thrive in a global setting, we encourage you to apply**When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
