Together, let’s create the extraordinaryJob SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Buyer Direct located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Director, Materials the Buyer Direct role involvesresponsibilities of this position include purchase order placement of direct material, follow-up with suppliers, executing messages (pull in, push out, cancel), and taking care of on-time payment to suppliers and material receipt in the system.What a typical day looks like:- Reviews requisitions and MRP output.- Determines methods of procurement such as a direct purchase.- Orders, reschedules and cancels material based on requisitions and MRP output.- Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, and inventories.- Manages supplier to price, delivery, and quality expectations and escalates when appropriate.- Approves invoices for payment.- Expedites delivery of goods to users.- Analyzes inventory levels.
