We are Assurant, a global home and lifestyle solutions company that helps leading brands increase revenue, manage risk and deliver a great customer experience; We are in more than 21 countries and we work with the Financial, Retail, Mobile Telephony and Automotive Sectors; in Mexico we are a Great Place To Work.- **Product and Market Intelligence Specialist**_This role promotes the continuous improvement of current products and the launch of new ones; based on market intelligence by looking at consumer trends, competition, the industries where we operate, etc.**Responsibilities**- Validates the current offering to find areas for improvement in the benefits and experience we provide to customers, e2e.- Through market research, we identify benefits, prices, trends in competition and the industries where we operate.- Promoter and responsible for some projects to design and implement products and solutions- Collaborates with other areas to development projects in products the portfolio.- It is a link between different areas for the implementation of new products.- Supports the review of products- Supports tin the development of positioning strategies and pricing policies, relying on market research such as mystery shoppers, benchmarks, in-depth interviews, focus groups, etc.**Qualifications Required****- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration with a focus on marketing.**- 3 - 5 years of experience in development Product- Desirable previous experience in an insurance or Financial services- Numerical skills, analysis and preparation of executive presentations- Marketing experience desirable: market or product area research- Work experience in product management or market research- Experience in managing all aspects related to the life cycle of a successful product**We Offer**- _**Workplace Mexico City.**_- _**Hybrid work (mandatory 2 days to attend the office)**_- _**Competitive salary and additional benefits**_- **“At Assurant, we celebrate the differences that make us who we are.
