Para ejecutar su función, el analista debe generar instrucciones a nuestros sociosmediante archivos que contienen datos de múltiples clientes.Essential Functions- Concentrar los folios recibidos por los equipos de Call Center para su asignación.- Generación de solicitudes para habilitación de Promociones.- Análisis de la información Digital del cliente ya existente para generación de contratos.- Control y generación de reporte diario para su seguimiento con el Banco Banamex y Multiemisor ( NUBank /Inbursa)- Captura de Información básica para generación de folios Multiemisor- Envío al equipo de Banamex y Multiemisor registros para la obtención de las Promociones- Recepción de Contratos físicos para la Obtención de Firmas y digitalización para el envió del contrato alBanco- Envío de Contratos Físicos al Banco- Carga de registros con estatus actualizados a la base Institucional para seguimiento- Seguimiento puntual de casos vía correo- Atención a Llamadas para seguimiento a solicitudes de tasa 0%- Validación de las promociones en sistema sean las correctas de acuerdo a la solicitudRequired ExperienceAl menos 1 año de experiência en el proceso de afiliación de negocios al adquirente o administrativo.Minimum QualificationsPreparatoria, Carrera técnicaSkills and competencies- Manejo de Excel Básico y Word- Capacidad de negociación con otras empresas que participan en el proceso (Citibanamex, otros emisores).- Escalamiento de situaciones excepcionales- Seguimiento puntual a casos de clientes- Capacidad de análisisOrganizational Relationships- Customer Care- Banamex Tasa 0%- Productos Especiales (Multiemisor)- Call Center- Client Advocacy
