As a **Sr. Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee and plan day to day preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for a specific technology or group of machinery **. You will develop and execute downtime reduction initiatives, and manage maintenance technicians, contractors, budget, capital and all necessary technologies related to this area.**You will be responsible for**:- Quick kaizen, Kaizen events & knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process- Managing and sustaining equipment database (SAP) statistics- Equipment data, manufacturer, asset management number, performance, cost, etc.- Analyzing trends of equipment & process performance and make action plans and strategies to improve- Deployment and execution of strategies to improve equipment & process improvements based on AOP (Capital & Expenses)- Optimization of Maintenance resources based on operational conditions (Volumes, shift pattern, maintenance agreements, cost, etc.)- Sustain Maintenance areas at 5’s plant standards and continuous improvement- Create and sustain databases for Autonomous Maintenance, LOTO and Maintenance Statistics, and coach/mentor Maintenance teams to continuous improvement process based on these tools- HSE standards adherence and supervision, accountable for maintenance technicians and contractors related activities and permits, keeps records and all necessary evidence of compliance**You have**:- Previous relevant experience in manufacturing and maintenance engineering- Advanced English- Strong knowledge on specific technologies such as: CNC, automation, welding, assembly and balancing- Strong knowledge on maintenance and TPM standards
