OverviewWe are looking for a strategic and data-driven Product Manager to lead our diverse initiatives across our eCommerce, warehousing and logistics, and healthcare verticals across distributed teams. This role involves defining a customer-centric product vision, prioritizing features for maximum impact, and collaborating with remote stakeholders to ensure smooth product launches. The ideal candidate is passionate about working across multiple domains, proficient with AI-driven tools and methodologies, and skilled in translating both user feedback and market data into actionable product plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our various platforms, integrating AI-driven analytics for data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, logistics) to deliver new features and enhancements.
- Prioritize product features based on market research, user feedback, and AI-informed insights.
- Champion user experience by leveraging analytics to optimize conversion funnels, user journeys, and overall site performance.
- Lead agile ceremonies - including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives - across distributed teams.
- Create clear product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
- Oversee product launches, coordinating with marketing, customer support, and operations to ensure readiness and alignment.
- Incorporate AI tools where feasible - from personalized recommendations to predictive analytics - to continually optimize product offerings.
- Monitor key performance metrics to identify trends, evaluate feature impact, and recommend ongoing improvements.
- Foster a culture of transparent communication and effective remote collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
- 3+ years of experience in product management with a preferred background in eCommerce and healthcare.
- Demonstrated success working with remote or distributed teams using digital collaboration tools.
- Experience with AI or machine learning applications in product development or optimization.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), A/B testing, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data and customer insights into actionable product decisions.
- Solid understanding of online retail, digital merchandising, and conversion optimization best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience launching products or major features in a high-volume eCommerce environment.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles, user testing, and iterative design processes.
- Familiarity with additional AI frameworks or data science tools, with a track record of successfully implementing AI-led projects.
The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
