We are seeking a Contract Specialist to support NAPS in the indirect procurement space. This is a true contracts position—not procurement or sourcing—focused on contract negotiation, redlining, and review. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance and smooth contractual operations for NAPS, working directly on contracts globally.**Key Responsibilities**- Review, redline, and negotiate contracts to align with business needs.- Interface with senior executives, ensuring clear and professional communication.- Work on contracts globally, providing direct support to NAPS.- Utilize contract management systems such as Agiloft for document tracking and approval.- Manage contract uploads and approvals in Oracle.- Handle some administrative functions, including document organization and system tracking.**Qualifications & Requirements**Law Degree (Mexico) - A legal background is essential.Experience in Contract Management - Negotiating and redlining contracts.Fluent English Proficiency - 95% of contract work is conducted in English.Strong Professional Presence - Ability to communicate and present effectively to senior executives.Familiarity with Contract Systems - Experience using Agiloft and Oracle preferred.If you meet the criteria and are excited about working in a dynamic contracts role, we encourage you to apply
