Why Join Us If you’re looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we’d love to meet you About the Role As a Tech Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will shape the technical direction of a consumer-facing platform, ensuring it scales reliably as the product and community grow. This role combines hands‑on development with technical leadership, influencing architecture, quality, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll own critical systems, mentor a growing team, and modernise a complex codebase. It’s a high‑impact opportunity in a fast‑paced, product‑led environment. What You Will Do Architect and code robust, scalable features across frontend and backend; Work deeply in an existing web application codebase, enhancing core modules and integrating with a graph database; Implement state management with Redux and design performant React components; Manage a small but growing team of developers; Divide tasks and assign them to individuals; Review code; Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams by communicating progress and blockers early and often; Maintain high standards for documentation, testing, and code reviews; Architect solutions that handle high throughput while maintaining low latency; Lead technical initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve system reliability.
