**Operations Engineer (NOC)**- **Experience**:_- Minimum experience of 2 years- Intermediate-advanced English (this is a bilingual vacancy)- Experience in using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Splunk- Preventive and corrective knowledge in hardware and software- **Activities**:_- Detection and management of alerts on NOC monitoring platforms, as well as the life cycle of the Ticket.- Follow-up with site engineers.- Preparation of incident reports and monitoring.- Support individual account managers and call center operations in the introduction and optimization of new and existing services- Monitoring systems as well as hardware and software.- Monitor database systems in accordance with an operations program- Monitor the Network and Voice systems in accordance with the designated SLAs- IT, customer support, engineering, payments and account management.- **Opening hours**:_- Rolled shifts of 4 days x 4 days off- **We offer**:_- $35, 900 to 50, 000 gross depending on experience plus Law benefits.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $35,900.00 - $50,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
