About the role Participate in technical stage-gate reviews within each study on key areas such as process design, general layouts, bulk quantities, capital / operating costs, financial model and final NI 43-101 reporting. Monitor the industries’ business environment with the help of the Business Development group for Mexico and track relevant trends for consideration in the group business plan. Lead the effort in developing new client relationships relevant to the group. Work with Business Development to identify, evaluate, and respond to opportunities, ensuring alignment with company direction. In conjunction with the Study Manager, develop project scope based on understanding of key clients’ businesses and operational needs. Contribute to the successful planning and execution of Ausenco studies / projects across the region relative to the client’s business needs by providing broad or specific guidance in the group’s area of expertise, as needed. Define and communicate task and performance expectations for direct reports, monitor performance against therequirements and takeactionwhereappropriate. About you Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, or Mining Engineering. Minimum of 6 years of experience developing studies, predominantly within the mining industry. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to meet clients as required. Proven ability to collaborate and contribute effectively as part of cross-functional project teams. Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Why Ausenco?
