DescriptionPlant Controlling Manager- Ensure proper and timely reporting BA SSL, ContiTech and Continental headquarters. Full responsibility of standard reports and all additional reports. Focus on high data quality and transparency of all risks and opportunities- Ensure proper control, budget planning / monthly analysis and reporting for BA SSLSupport definition and implementation of corrective actions in case of deviations or contingency necessities together with local operational management and BA SSL controllingPrepare and follow-up of all financial effects of investments- Ensure 100% compliance of Continental rules and procedures in all operational and financial areas of BA SSL in CT Mexicana- Support coordination of proper and timely registers of all operational issues with local accounting and local operational management- Be part of the executive management team of BA SSL within CT MexicanaSupport and coach the local operational managers in all financial issues- Execute Controlling activities for month end close, budget and forecast.- Good reporting abilities in Power Bi.**Qualifications**:- Degree in Business Administration/Economics- at least 5 years experience in Controlling of an international company- at least 5 years experience with SAP for local controlling and any state of the art reporting system for corporate reporting- at least 3 years responsibility in leading projects with more than 5 project members- at least 3 years working environment in international teams or assignment with direct responsibility to European headquarter- Power BIContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
