At STERIS, we help our Customers create a healthier and safer world by providing innovative healthcare and life science product and service solutions around the globe.**Position Summary**:Responsible for Maintaining cost accounting system and cost ledger**Duties**:1. Monitor unit cost variances, cycle count results and inventory levels and communicate results / concerns to appropriate parties.2. Perform / support monthly inventory valuations reconciliations as required.3. Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and year end financial close processes in accordance with Corporate guidelines and policies.4. Analyze and trend inventory transactions on a monthly basis.5. Coordinate, and prepare weekly,monthly, quarterly, and annual internal financial reports as required, to ensure communication of appropriate, timely, and necessary information. This includes gathering information generated from all related sources, interpreting and analyzing such information, and producing appropriate reports as required and specified by internal management and/or external sources.6. Assist in analyzing job or work order cost variances, which includes changes in materials, travels, times and any other BOM change in general.**Education Degree**:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Engineering General**Required Experience**:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience and responsibility in a manufacturing environment.2. Cost accounting experience preferred.4. Project Management experience it’s a plus.5.
