Visit our website or our career page HERE Job Description We are looking for a Sales Senior Manager (B2C) driving ECO products Key Job Responsabilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals for ECO products. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5-8 years in a recent leadership or managerial role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
