- Order Fulfillment Cycle Time: The average time taken to fulfill customer orders from the moment they are placed to delivery.
- Inventory Turnover: Indicates how often inventory is sold and replaced over a specific period.
- Cash-to-Cash Cycle Time: The time taken to convert investments in inventory into cash from sales.
- Supply Chain Cycle Time: The total time it takes to produce and deliver a product to the customer.
- Fill Rate: The percentage of customer demand that is met without backordering.
- On-Time Delivery: The percentage of orders delivered on or before the promised delivery date.
- Freight Cost per Unit Shipped: Measures the cost of shipping per unit of product.
- Rate of Return: The percentage of products returned by customers.
- Supplier Lead Time: The average time taken by suppliers to deliver goods after an order is placed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Valid Visa (Must).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP).
- Experience with sustainability and risk management initiatives.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
