**Job Summary -**Data entry execution manager is the front-line support within organizations that give the follow up of the process of entering data and updating information into some electronic service or database. Accurately processed, entered, or archived data is essential to customer or client satisfaction. Therefore, it is important that data entry clerks possess certain skills and are qualified to perform daily responsibilities to do the job well. There are many responsibilities and hard and soft skills that may be required by those in data entry job fields. Here are a few skills and responsibilities that data entry personnel should have and perform: basic software skills, efficient written and verbal, fast typing speed, proficient typing skills, self-motivation & attention to detail.**Years of experience needed 3-5****Technical Skills**:- Development and support for accounts- Forecast, update, and follow up with different departments.- Creating executive presentations- Specialized Supply Chain data management activities- Manage of SAP/S4-EXCEL-OUTLOOK- Excellent problem-solving skills- High level of attention to detail- Ariba, Coupa management- Reviewing data for errors & correcting necessary data items**Certifications Needed**:- (Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.**About Mphasis****Salary**: $20,000.00 - $22,400.00 per month**Experience**:- AP/S4-EXCEL-OUTLOOK: 3 years (preferred)- Ariba, Coupa management: 3 years (preferred)- Specialized Supply Chain data management: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In person
