Our employees thrive here by living our values: we support each other as we strive to find a better way, we move fast with discipline and purpose, and we do the right thing always.Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Tooling Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North CampusReporting to the Tooling Manager the Tooling Supervisor role involvesDirects the daily activities of the Tool Room department order to meet production targets.What a typical day looks like:- Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.- Demonstrated experience in Tooling (Plastic Injection Molds, Analysis and fault detection).- Activities include staff meetings, customer interactions, vendor/service provider interactions, and internal communications with colleagues, staff, and internal business unit department.- Review and establish the requirements of materials, equipment and human resources.- Select and develop personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.- Generate productivity reports and other operations metrics.- Staff managementThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineer or similar- Experience in similar position.- Intermediate- Advanced English.- Intermediate Excel.- Knowledge in the process of plastic injection molds- Knowledge in Hot Runner system, detection of failures in molds and repair.- Experience in personnel administration- Experience in mold design/or tool room activities.- Effective communication- Leadership- Proactive- Schedule availability- Management of machines and tools (preferred)- Tic and Laser Welding (preferred)- CNC and Erosion (preferred)What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary- Life & Medical insurance- Christmas Bonus- Food Coupons- Saving Fund.- Life InsurancePA91Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:.
