The main tasks will be:- articipate in local events across Mexico (career fairs, lectures, webinars, on-site and remote events, etc)- nderstand and participate in full life-cycle recruiting processes for local or remote positions as per company’s demand- onduct intake sessions with Hiring Managers to align profile and recruiting process- ost positions in Recruiting Management (ATS) tool and other available tools (e.g. universities, job boards)- dministrate all the stages of the recruiting processes through RCM system- upport University Ambassadors groups in Mexico- ssist with sourcing efforts via LinkedIn, campus newsletter, etcW**hat you bring**We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.
